Every attempt to download the NWT13 from jw.org, sends the file to IBooks. I cannot get the option to ”open in” Equipd or documents! I have Iphone 11, previous phone iphone 7 plus that worked just fine!

Hi Yvonne. First thing is to make sure you have latest version of Equipd Bible 3.9 installed. The next thing is to understand that iOS 13 works quite differently. It downloads files into the iOS Files app, Downloads directory. Once an EPUB is downloaded, on iOS 13 you will need to make sure you click the share icon, and that you have enabled Equipd Bible as one of the options you can share the file to. I suggest you just play around with the Share screen, or if you have a techy friend familiar with iOS maybe ask them to help you. I hope you can get it working, maybe you already have at this point. All the best.

    Hi Matt,

Great program, been with your apps for a long time, and really appreciate them. I recently upgraded to IPAD 10.5 and then upgraded the IOS13 (I think 13.2 now) and I can’t transfer files from jw.lib to the new os. I have the most recent version of Equipd Bible and most recent version of Apple IOs. It takes me to the jw.org properly and all the windows come up, but when I download the epub Bibles, nothing. thanks. Mykl
