Hy Matt Is it possible to add a second websearch in equipd bible? I use my websearch for searching in wol. But because there is no epub for some modern translations i love to read for better understanding (http://www.equipd.me/forums/threads/epub-supported-gute-nachricht-bibel.212/) but they are free to read on some websites as seen in other threads here it would be great to have an optional second websearch (http://www.equipd.me/forums/threads/open-the-selected-verse-in-another-application-or-website.228/) to have both with a long tab on a verse...
Id like to have these two websearches: 1. Search wol in my language And 2. open the scripture with bible.com/bible app to read it in other "modern" bible translations in my language which are for free on this homepage/app Both websearches are prerfect for the personal study
I hope so much that a second websearch will be possible 1. Search in WOL 2. Read the verse online in a modern bible to better understanding via www.bibleserver.com
OK I implemented this for you @Baerwurzl. It will be ready for you in the next version. I hope it works ok with the Gute Nachricht Bibel for you as it depends on the placeholders being populated correctly for the bibleserver.com website, which may not match 100%. But it is worth a try. I added a few new placeholders for 3.1 to try and help. You can read more about the placeholders available in the 3.1 update here: http://www.equipd.me/forums/threads/setup-the-web-search.50/ Here are some screenshots of the additional Web Search option. In the example I have set it up so that it searches the Scripture Index on WOL. It won't autoscroll to the correct chapter+verse but it will open the correct book inside the Index.
Thats so great. Thank you so much! (Gute Nachricht works now fine with existing placeholders, and so many other possibilitys are there next to the wol search for many users as seen f.e. In this thread: http://www.equipd.me/forums/threads/open-the-selected-verse-in-another-application-or-website.228/)
