I speak perfectly german and czech since i was a child, now my wife and i life at the border and beeing part of a czech congregation. I do not convert existing EPUB files, but if you can provide the listed details for the Bible translations you are wanting, then I can look into things further.

What do you mean by "notes"? Do you mean footnotes? Possibly not. Because the Equipd Bible loads EPUB files it can only show footnotes if they are included in the EPUB file. So if they are not in the file then I cannot help sorry. Maybe one day when an updated NWT for Spanish happens the EPUB will include the footnotes.
Hi @Raul8a - you can download the bi12 from here: https://www.jw.org/en/publications/bible/?contentLanguageFilter=es The bi12 is exactly the same as the Rbi8. It just refers to the smaller "black" edition vs the larger Rbi8 edition. But the scriptures are exactly the same...
